Tick Tock's R&D team existed long before the company did. The team was focusing on handling its parent company's daily accounting tasks automating complex transactions regarding millions of dollars in business as well as producing over 150 mission-critical reports required by management.

As its parent grew rapidly at an annual rate of 85%, not only did the volume of transactions increase dramatically, but the complexity of transactions grew exponentially. The need to automate business processes required a way to get data quickly and easily into the companies accounting system. Additionally, our management demanded access to real time multidimensional reports with robust filtering capabilities. Management also wanted crisp, clean and intuitive charts, for presentation to the firm's shareholders and auditors. Lastly, the CEO was most impatient, so if required information wasn't attainable within one second or less, the firm's IT Department was sent back to the drawing board.

As our A/R, A/P, Payments & Receipts, Reports Package, Payroll Time & Attendance Applications matured, many outsiders, from other companies, the firm's auditors and lead bank realized the terrific value our applications offered and we were encouraged to make available these same applications so that other companies could similarly benefit, thus Tick Tock was born.

What initially started as accounting hurdles and management bottle necks developed into real world solutions that have turned out not only to benefit our parent company, but will benefit thousands of companies with like needs. So, here we are, our truly visionary R&D team and our front end payroll and accounting applications.
